Return Window
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your items. All returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed: Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging when possible
- Proof of purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt
- No damage: Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with promotional codes
- Customized or personalized items
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
How to Return Your Order
Follow these simple steps to return your Vale Forever items:
- Contact Customer Service
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a return authorization and shipping label. - Package Your Items
Carefully package your items in their original condition with tags attached. Include any accessories or freebies that came with your order. - Print Return Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label we provide and attach it to your package. Remove or cover any old shipping labels. - Drop Off Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup. Keep your tracking receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we'll process your refund according to the following timeline:
Processing Time
- Inspection: 2-3 business days after we receive your return
- Refund approval: 1-2 business days after inspection
- Refund to original payment method: 3-7 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Store Credit: Instant (upon request)
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
Size Exchange Tip
To avoid sizing issues, check our detailed size guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll make it right immediately:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll send a replacement or provide a full refund
- We'll cover all return shipping costs
International Returns
For international orders, the return process is similar with a few additional considerations:
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
- Items must be declared accurately on customs forms
- Additional processing time may be required for customs clearance
- Import duties and taxes are non-refundable
