Shipping Restrictions

Please note the following shipping restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for express or overnight delivery
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time
  • APO/FPO addresses are supported with standard shipping only
  • Certain international destinations may have restrictions on textile imports

Damaged or Lost Packages

While rare, packages can sometimes be damaged during transit or go missing. Here's what we do:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund

Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your order, contact us immediately
